GAGE CALIBRATION - ACCESS Data base provides a complete history of all inspection measuring and test equipment, and includes all ISO 10012-1 and QS9000 record requirements. Standard reports include: "Gages due for Calibration", "Listing of Gages by Type", "Listing of Gages by Gage Number", "Listing of Personal Gages by Owner"
MATERIAL TRACEABILTY - ACCESS Data base provides tracking of lot numbers used for various materials or components. Standard reports include: "Material PN & Lot No. / Work Order No", "Work Order, PN and Date Used"
URGENT RELEASE OF MATERIAL - ACCESS Data base provides a log of material released for urgent production requirements, documents the release authority and the disposition of the material
FREIGHT CARRIER APPROVAL - ACCESS Data base provides an information log of approved freight carriers, including terms, rates, routes, etc. Standard reports include a "List of Approved Carriers" and Approved Carriers and Routes"
QUALITY SURVEY FORM - Excel file containing a Subcontractor Quality Survey Form based on ISO 9000 requirements
GAGE R&R - Excel or Lotus file based on the AIAG Measurement System Analysis Manual. Includes spread sheets on the Range Method, Three Operators/Two Trials, and Three Operators/Three Trials. Compares Gage R&R to both the part tolerance, and the process variation
PRECONTROL - On-line SPC software based upon the Shainin Precontrol methods. Provides for data entry through keyboard or directly from gages. Includes process capability analysis and graphical analysis
SPC Monitor - Provides monitoring capabilities for networked SPC system on Precontrol and The Crosby Company SPC Programs. Allows the SPC coordinator to view SPC activity. Displays status (in or out of control), which tests of stability were violated if out of control, and any notes attached to the data points. Also displays the current process capability
